Working alongside national bodies, local authorities and businesses, TVCA make Tees Valley an exceptional place to live, learn, work and visit. They required a new unified brand that is bold and dynamic with a highly flexible design system. To achieve this I crafted a custom variable typeface, Valley Sans, designed to have minimal negative space. This allows it to fill layouts and be used as a window into the region. It also features multiple optical sizing options to make sure it is legible at smaller scales.
